No Stranger to the Stage

Christian singer Bremnes in Langley April 17

Released by Ten16 Entertainment

inger/worship leader Dan Bremnes will kick off the “Light My Way” Tour presented by Compassion Canada on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in Langley, BC, his home province.

Bremnes is no stranger to the stage having previously opened for artists such as Mercy Me and Jars of Clay, but this will be his first headlining tour where he will perform feature tracks from his second release Light My Way EP.  “I am really proud of these new songs,” says Bremnes, “and am honored to share them in person on stages across Western Canada in the spring.”
The tour will visit twelve cities throughout British Columbia and Alberta, playing intimate chapels and sanctuaries.  Fans will enjoy an up-close-and-personal experience with one of Canada’s most exciting new voices in contemporary Christian music. Tickets are available at

Throughout his young musical career, Bremnes has been celebrated for his lyrically moving songwriting and captivating state presence since his 2010 debut LP release, Your Strength.  This release earned him critical acclaim, where he received six GMA Canada nominations including ‘Male Vocalist of the Year’ and ‘Modern Worship Album of the Year’.

With a rapidly growing fan base, four of Bremnes singles have charted on Canada’s The CCRC including “Beautiful” (#21), “Only You” (#13), “Never Wanna Lose” (#6).  His current single “After All”, from his sophomore release Light My Way, has spent ten weeks on the countdown and currently sits at #12.
