7-11 Hold-Up

No injuries in early morning robbery

Police investigate early morning robbery on Vedder Road.

 

t about 3:30 A.M. Sunday a lone male walked into the 7-11 Convenience Store in the 7300-block of Vedder Road and demanded money then fled on foot. No weapon was seen, however the suspect kept one hand in his pocket. It's not known at this time if the suspect was able to make off with any money or merchandise.

 

Police immediately swooped in and set up a perimeter and brought in a K9 unit in an attempt to snare the suspect. According to reports, the store employee identified the suspect by name.

The suspect is described as native, approximately 25 or 26-years-old wearing a black hoodie and red pants.
