ave you or has someone in your family been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia?
This introductory session provides an opportunity to learn about the diagnosis, different programs and services available in the community, the importance of planning for the future as early as possible, and strategies for living well with dementia. People with a diagnosis of dementia, care partners and family members are welcome to attend.
This session is on March 19th from 1pm to 3pm at the Slesse Room, Evergreen Hall, 9291 Corbould street, Chilliwack BC. The cost is by donation. Please pre-register as space is limited by calling 604-702-4603 or e-mail Jillian here.
