here weren’t any green alligators or hump-backed geese but there was just about everything else under the sun this past weekend at the 2014 Chilliwack Spring Home Expo.

Over 250 exhibitors one of the big red barns at Heritage Park had a vast array of interactive and hands-on displays setup Saturday.

You could have easily built and furnished a home with what was inside the building — and get your hair fixed too. Builders connected with buyers and homeowners were brought up to speed on the latest decoration trends and renovation ideas.

Show promoter Evergreen Exhibitions told the Voice in an e-mail last week each year it gets bigger and that they expected a big turnout this weekend in Chilliwack.

Wylie Jones & Martin Maxwell aka “Wylie And The Other Guy” provided the entertainment.

If you missed this show, the next Home Expo is February 7-9 at the Abbotsford Tradex Centre.
