Mini Med School Tuesdays in March a big thing in Chilliwack

ne of the exciting annual initiatives run by the Chilliwack Division of Family Practice is a series of free community events called Mini Medical School.

The weekly meetings are an accessible and informative event where local health care professionals give presentations at a community level on topics of need identified by patients and local doctors.

What: Mini Med School Resource Fair

When: 6:30 pm

Where: Neighbourhood Learning Centre 46361 Yale Rd, Chilliwack

The meetings takes place in Chilliwack every Tuesday evening in March from 7-9pm, with 2018 marking our 10th year.

"We are excited to add to the program this year with a pre-session resource fair and a shorter presentation with a Q&A panel session at the end of each meeting," says Emily Sayward, programs coordinator, Chilliwack Division of Family Practice.

No registration is needed. Coffee, healthy snacks, door prizes and more will be on hand for attendees.
