No Curb Appeal

Why not try electrical alternative to the big gas guzzling boats?

Staff/Voice photo

The elderly driver of this vehicle didn't notice both wheels were on the curb last week on Mary St.

ast week we spotted a senior parking on Mary St. The fellow didn't notice he had both wheels up on the curb.

This is an example of why the provincial government brought in senior driver testing.

If the government was to look at the big picture, why not consider electric trade-in incentives for seniors and others, who just need a car for local trips shopping and keeping medical appointments.

Something with two seats in-between a mobility scooter and a Smart Car, would be just about right.

Just a thought.
