ound in the Fury is ready to officially launch as they promote their first full-length album titled Songs from the Cave.

This three-piece Christian alternative worship band from Ajax, ON is a family affair comprised of singer/songwriter and HGTV Canada star Paul Lafrance, his wife pianist/vocalist Janna Lafranc, and brother-in-law bassist/guitarist Joshua Fletcher. Found in the Fury is a band that creates music specifically designed to encourage their listeners to contemplate the “God-shaped hole we all carry” and to ask questions about who “The Church” really is.

Their new album is currently available on iTunes and at According to the July 9, 2013 iTunes song download report, the most popular songs are ‘Song for the Broken, Crazy Love, and Hold On.

Found in the Fury was created by front-man Paul Lafrance in 2007 after moving to Ajax away from his roots as a worship leader at Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship (now Catch the Fire). Shortly after beginning the recording of this first album, Songs from the Cave, he also began filming as a regular host on popular HGTV Canada series Decked Out, Disaster Decks, and Deck Wars, and has since taken on a role as judge on Canada's Handyman Challenge. During the years between band formation to album completion, he had the chance to reflect on the songs he was writing through the looking glass of his current experiences, as well as define his true vision for the music and to uncover why there are so many Canadians disenfranchised by the church.

"So much changed in my life externally during the years it took to record this album, but it's the "internal" journey into true authenticity that has meant the most. I think we are in a season where so many believers are starving for something "real", which is what Songs from the Cave is really all about." – Paul Lafrance states.

This summer and fall, Paul Lafrance will be filming episodes for the shows he hosts on HGTV Canada as well as speaking at a variety of different venues, ranging from Christian youth events to massive home and trade shows. No matter what the event is, and whether the focus is on outdoor living space design, or things of the heart, Paul’s message is always infused with a passion for life and geared to inspire audiences to look for the unseen reality that alludes so many in the chaos of busy North American life; that we are all part of a bigger story and that there is an eternal purpose for each one of us.
