'Earth and Fire'

Treasures of Nature show until September 6

he Chilliwack Visual Artists Association has put together a show of sculptures and photographic work from their membership called "Earth and Fire: Treasures of Nature with Wildlife Exposed.

The opening reception was on July 28th in the Chilliwack Museum's Chamber Gallery and the artwork will be on display there until September 6th.

Included in then show are select photos from Fred and Delphine Gornall who show some of nature's less elusive creatures.

In an e-mail to the Voice, Mary Chalmers Main, CVAA Publicity Coordinator and Artist in Residence, said people will enjoy the exhibit.

"This is an unusual show, and well worth visiting," writes Main.

The Chilliwack Museum is located at 45820 Spadina Avenue Chilliwack, BC
