A Business Fair With Flair
Fresh! provides networking opportunities
n escape from the ordinary; a chance to learn something new. Discover unique, independent local shops, services and artisans. Learn new ways of doing business. Connect with the community.
Local business owners Kristi Ferguson of Double You Business Services and Danielle Knowles of Red Pencil Editing Services are helping Valley residents do just that. On September 25, 2010 they will be hosting Fresh! Fraser Valley’s Finest at the Ramada Plaza & Conference Centre in Abbotsford.
Fresh! will celebrate the finest entrepreneurs and independent, locally-owned businesses in the Fraser Valley. Not a traditional trade show or lecture series, it will combine powerful workshops with a showcase of local companies and made-in-the-Fraser Valley products in an unorthodox and effective way.
Fresh! will offer the public an unparalleled opportunity to uncover local gems, including artisans, shops, services and activity providers. For those who desire a unique shopping experience, the chance to discover and interact with the Fraser Valley’s finest must not be missed!
For entrepreneurs and business owners, Fresh! will provide a distinct, convenient channel to network with other professionals and connect with area residents, thus improving a sense of community and support for Fraser Valley ventures.
Regardless of their areas of expertise, professionals of all disciplines will benefit from dynamic learning sessions by a variety of forward-thinking Fraser Valley entrepreneurial leaders. Established in the engaging and succinct model of TED Talks, they will share knowledge, stir up ideas, change perspectives and offer new ways of “doing business.”
Owners of local, independent companies are encouraged to contact Fresh! soon if they’re interested in exhibiting, as spots are filling up quickly. Anyone interested in attending the workshops and showcase can visit www.freshfraservalley.com for tickets.
On September 25, 2010 everyone from Hope to Surrey will have the opportunity to gain a Fresh! perspective on life and business in the Fraser Valley!
