Strahl to try new technology by bringing in thousands to telephone meeting

Released by the Elect Mark Strahl Campaign

ark Strahl wants to hear the real questions and concerns of the people of Chilliwack-Fraser Canyon, so he's excited to be utilizing cutting edge technology to host a telephone town hall meeting on the evening of Wednesday, April 20th. This new technology will allow over 35,000 households to simultaneously participate in a town hall style meeting from the comfort of their own home, from all corners of the riding. Callers will be able to ask questions, or listen in on the discussion by phone.

Strahl will also be participating in more traditional all-candidates debates at Probus Club on the 19th, and at the Chamber of Commerce on the 21st. He has already participated in the Rotary all-candidates meeting. Unfortunately, in a short campaign it's difficult to get to every meeting or function in every town in the Electoral District. He is not available to attend the UFV debate on April 19th due to previously scheduled campaign commitments.

So far, Mark has been able to attend and host public meetings in Chilliwack, Agassiz, Hope, Lytton, Lillooet, Cache Creek, Ashcroft and Pemberton. His campaign team has also already distributed over 70,000 pieces of literature, with more to come.

The remainder of Mark's time will be devoted to his full campaign schedule, getting out the Conservative message of lower taxes, cracking down on crime, getting rid of the gun registry and promoting family friendly policies, to name just a few.
