FVBIA mural at Prospera Centre ready for kids
Families can drop by Prospera Centre and learn about safety.
he mural is completed. The artists have signed it. All that's needed now are some kids.
Brain injuries are very serious and the Fraser Valley Brain Injury Association (FVBIA) has created a large mural with the blessing of Glen Ringdal, Prospera Centre CEO.
The eye-catching mural located on the eastern wall of Prospera Centre, will reach out to kids and drive home the importance of wearing a helmet when participating in the various sports depicted on the wall.
Glen Ringdal told the Voice in a phone call last weekend that the mural looks great.
"It's done and it's beautiful," he said.
About two dozen staff and clients from the FVBIA worked on the painting which was overseen by local artist John Le Flock.
