Alexa's Bus Fundraising Hits The Road

Traffic Safety Foundation helps get the drinking and driving message out there one bus at a time

urrey City mayor Dianne Watts and the BCAA Traffic Safety Foundation joined the Middelaer family to officially launch the Alexa's Bus fundraising campaign where $10,000 was donated on behalf of the 2010 Mayor's Charity Ball and the Surrey Fire Fighters Charitable Society to kick off the campaign to bring mobile impaired driving testing units to B.C. to be used as education and enforcement tools in the fight against impaired driving.


Each bus will be called Alexa's Bus and the Middelaers hope to bring five of them to B.C.
