ducation is key to helping equip family, friends and our community members with knowledge of how to identify signs & symptoms of mental health problems or illness in youth, preferably in the early stages.

Mental Health First Aid  gives people effective tools and the confidence to know what to say or do as a first responder.

Please find two upcoming Mental Health First Aid trainings that address mental health for youth ages 12-24. Although this training is specific to youth, it is relevant to everyone who interacts with youth.

If you want to help end the stigma of Mental Health, please pass this information to someone that may be interested. A limited number of spots are available for those requiring assistance with the cost of the course. Please register by October 4th.

Please give me a call or drop me an email if you have any questions or comments.
