Tent City Wins Temp Reprieve from Court  

All municipalities should stand up because it's not only a Vancouver issue

he tent city residents will affirm that they have a right to housing and should not be forced out of tent cities and into shelters or unfit housing. The city and province must take this opportunity to buy and create new homes.


They will demand that while the tent city remains the city is responsible to provide basic municipal sanitation services to support the residents on this site. More washrooms and proper waste removal services must be supplied to ensure the health and wellbeing of the residents.
