n Wednesday, September 4, enjoy the stars, food, drink, music, fun, and friendship at the Third Annual Nick Taylor Charity Gala in support of Chilliwack Community Services and 27 Blue.

If you’ve been to the gala before, you will remember the fabulous Hauser House and, lucky for us, the Hauser family is generously opening their grounds to us once more. If this is your first time, check out what you‘ve missed in the past: Nick Taylor Charity Gala.

The evening begins with a cocktail party featuring a selection of craft beers from Downtown Chilliwack’s newest brewery (you’ve got to come to find out who it is), the best of B.C. wine from Theo Siemens, and local farm-to-table delectable crafted by Restaurant 62. The putting green will be open along with other games to challenge your skills.

Chilliwack’s favourite comedian, Cliff Prang, will be emceeing the evening and promises to show off his dancing prowess when the March Hare band will be playing a variety;  rock and roll, new music, country, Latin, dance band and more. The evening will be capped off by a spectacular fireworks show (weather permitting) by Mystical Fireworks.

Tickets are $250 each and can be purchased by contacting Shirley Triemstra of Chilliwack Community Service triemstras@comserv.bc.ca or  phoning 604-793-7221.

Net proceeds from the evening benefit Chilliwack Community Services and 27 Blue. For over 90 years, Chilliwack Community Services has been dedicated to meeting social and community needs in Chilliwack and the surrounding areas. 27 Blue is a foundation established to support youth mental health by providing funds for students and families in School District 34 (Abbotsford) to access mental health services.

On behalf of Nick and Andie Taylor, as well as our presenting sponsor Algra Bros. thank you for your support and we hope to see you on September 4. Feel free to call Shirley with any questions at 604-793-7221.
