ental Silence Meditation at Sardis Library: Mondays, Jan 5th – April 27th, 7:00-8:00pm
Mental silence is the experience of inner silence which brings a peaceful and clearer awareness. It is easy to learn, and with the guidance of Sergiy Fadyeyev, can generate significant results quickly. Mental Silence can reduce stress and have a profound balancing effect on physical, mental and emotional dimensions of the students, enhancing both resilience and total well being.

Teen Advisory Group

Are you a teen? Join the Chilliwack Libraries Teen Advisory Group (TAG). Be a library ambassador and help organize, run and promote teen library programs. There is lots of snacks and fun to be had. Bring your quilting projects, sewing machine and hand work and join the Sardis Library Quilting Group for a day of quilting in the comforts of the library. This group meets weekly to quilt and socialize. Please note that this is a non-instructional drop-in group. Space is limited so please bring hand work in case the tables are occupied. Don't forget to bring your lunch and coffee mug!
