he Chilliwack Visual Artists Association's (CVAA) second exhibition of the year will take place in the gallery of the Chilliwack Cultural Centre from September 3rd to October 10th. The CVAA has chosen Ephemeral¯ as their theme.

The word derives from the Greek word "ephomeros"¯ referring to the quality of existing only briefly. Literally it means "lasting only one day". The CVAA will imaginatively interpret this theme through various media including painting, sculpture, drawing, textile art, glass and photography.

Artists Reception: Saturday, September 12th from 1:00 to 3:00 P.M.

The Cultural Centre Art Gallery is located at 9201 Courbold St., Chilliwack. Open Wednesday through Saturday, from noon until 5 P.M.
