Wellington gets greener

ity Parks and Public joined forces to improve and green downtown Wellington Avenue in July. Crews replanted and spruced up the boulevard and worked to minimize root damage to the beautiful Magnolia trees while doing the soil amendment, planting shrubs and laying mulch.
