he Chilliwack Learning Community Society, Chilliwack Community Services, and the University of the Fraser Valley invites anyone interested in the topic of Learning Disabilities to a "Community Conversation about Learning Disabilities" Friday October 22 at UFV.

Have you ever thought about how you would buy groceries if you couldn't decipher labels? Or what if you asked directions and you couldn't understand the answer? Have you ever wondered what screening & assessment tools you could use to learn how to best help a person or what community or provincial resources are available to help people? Do you want to know more?

The topics:

Date: Friday October 22nd, 2010 Time: 9:00 to 3:00 (lunch will be provided)

Location: University of the Fraser Valley, Yale Road Campus, Room D239 (Please note that pay parking is in effect)
