Earthly Treasures
Treasure Hunters wade through snow and ice to find things long lost

Mark Lewis, Fraser Valley Treasure Hunters

Bob Glover (c), Jamie Owens (r) and Mark Lewis (l) all came up with little gems in February. Each holds up fingers indicating their place in the winners column in the latest hunt.

f March comes in like a lion than Mark Lewis and members of the FVTH roared with some great finds this month.

Each month members of the Fraser Valley Treasure Hunters go out to find things long buried. Rarely do they come back empty-handed.

In February, Bob Glover came in first place with his find of a Men's tungsten ring. Following him was Jamie Owens who dug up a precious 1961 10 coin and rounding out the finds was Mark Lewis who located a woman's earring.

The incessant February snow kept a lot of members inside, but Lewis is optimistic that it's going to warm up shortly with spring just ahead.

"It's been a quiet year so far because of the weather, but hopefully that will be all behind us now
