A hockey stick goes flying and crowds cheer as the Canucks win Wednesday at Prospera Centre
hilliwack
hockey fans got a break in the weather Thursday evening for the game one of
the Stanley Cup Final. Canucks on the big 11'x17' screen that was setup
behind Prospera Centre. Fans had popcorn, nachos, non-alcoholic drinks, big
sound, and everyone stood for the anthem. So without the skytrain ride,
high-priced tickets and possibly wild crowds in Vancouver, could it be that
taking in the game at Prospera is better than being at Rogers Arena? There's
only one way to find out – Saturday, 5 pm for game two.
