Mental Health Getting To Snow You Keeping upbeat is the best state-of-mind during inclement weather Submitted by Angela Herd/Voice file photo
"The winter season is here and many people are searching for support for a variety of issues related to mental health and well-being but not sure where to find help in the sea of resources," she said in an e-mail Wednesday.
"If you have to venture in the snow, give yourself extra time to get where you're going. If you are house bound, maybe this is the break you needed to slow down and enjoy your home/family/pet/ hobby," said Herd. "If you're anxious that it's never going to end, remember the rain is just around the corner to take it all away!"
"I'd like to invite you to take a moment to check out the link www.FamilyHopeClinic.com and 'Like' us on Facebook!" she said.
"Your 'Like' for the The Family Hope Clinic, helps us to become more visible to the community as a viable resource for them to try. If you know anyone thinking about counselling or looking, please let them know that at The Family Hope Clinic, "The first session is always FREE!"
