A day to celebrate for paddlers at Cultus Lake April 23

Bring your boat up to Cultus Lake Paddle Expo April 23.

 

addle Expo is a free celebration paddlesports, including canoes, kayaks, paddle-boards, and kayak fishing.


Presented by Western Canoeing & Kayaking on Sunday, April 23 at Main Beach on Cultus Lake, the first annual Paddle Expo features clinics from paddling pros, with the newest gear on display, and the latest boats and boards on the market.

You can test paddle and compare on the water.
The day features displays by paddlesport manufactures, paddling clubs and schools.

 

You can sign up in advance for lessons or just drop in for sessions like outdoor cooking, wilderness first aid, packing for paddling trips, and where to paddle. Demos, clinics and events are free.

There is a $10 fee for lessons that you can sign up for in advance online. All proceeds go to the Chilliwack Vedder River Clean up
