The selected candidate will assist the Regional Vice-President and direct
reports in all of the administrative tasks involved with the Division's
activities. This work also involves the production of important documents
concerning the Division's strategies and programs as well as support for
organizing events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Extensive calendar management & complex travel arrangements;
Meeting coordination;
Generate and email daily/weekly/monthly reports in PowerPoint, Word and Excel;
Coordinate various sales-related evaluations and updates;
Maintain vehicle insurance for corporate stores;
Distribute incoming documents/requests to applicable personnel;
Insure all files are complete and updated as required;
Arrange repairs of office equipment as required;
Telephone system administration;
Occasional assistance with Human Resources administration and communication;
Shared Reception Duties (holiday coverage).
Requirements:
College diploma in Office Automation combined with 4 years of experience in
similar role/position;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
Flexible, highly organized and focused;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Keen sense of drive and ability to liaise and organize others;
Able to work autonomously and within a team environment;
Personable, resourceful with a high level of integrity and common sense;
Able to handle confidential information with absolute discretion;
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
Ability to prioritize tasks;
Some travel is required;
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
